Rocky Volunteer Fire Department was founded in 1968 by a group of neighbors who believed that protecting their community was a shared responsibility. What began as a handful of volunteers with a single truck has grown into a fully equipped station serving the entire Rocky area.
Today, our team of dedicated volunteers responds to emergencies around the clock while also offering home safety inspections, fire extinguisher servicing, and community education programs. Every dollar you invest with us stays in Rocky — funding equipment, training, and the station that keeps our town safe.
Most home fires are preventable. Our team recommends these fundamentals — and we're ready to help you implement them.
